Seven alleged drug dealers arrested in Walton

This just in from the Delaware County Sheriff's Office: A lengthy undercover investigation into drug activity in the village of Walton and around Delaware County has netted seven arrests.

The seven, all arrested on sealed indictment warrants issued by the Delaware County Court, were:

-Edna Cering, 30, of Walton, arrested Friday, November 30. Cering was charged with one count of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Fourth Degree, a Class C felony, for selling Suboxone. Cering was arraigned in the Delaware County Court on Monday, December 3, and remanded to the Delaware County Correctional Facility with no bail.

-Brittany Bakker, 21, of Walton, arrested Friday, November 30. Bakker was charged with two counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, Class B felonies, for selling heroin on two separate occasions. Bakker was arraigned in the Delaware County Court on Monday, December 3, and remanded to the Delaware County Correctional Facility with no bail.

-Ryan McGovern, 27, of Walton, arrested Friday, November 30. McGovern was charged with three counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, Class B felonies, for selling heroin on three separate occasions. McGovern was arraigned in the Delaware County Court on Monday, December 3, and remanded to the Delaware County Correctional Facility with no bail.

-Robin Jordan, 25, of Walton, arrested Friday, November 30. Jordan was charged with one count of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Fourth Degree, a Class C Felony, for selling hydrocodone. Jordan was arraigned in the Delaware County Court on Monday, December 3, and remanded to the Delaware County Correctional Facility in lieu of $25,000.00 bail.

-Frank Mastrorocco, 23, of Walton, arrested Friday, November 30. Mastrorocco was charged with three counts of Criminal Sale of Marijuana in the Third Degree, Class E Felonies, for selling more then 25 grams of marijuana on three separate occasions. Mastrorocco was arraigned in the Delaware County Court on Monday, December 3, and remanded to the Delaware County Correctional Facility in lieu of $10,000.00 bail.

-Christopher Pashley, 30, of Walton, arrested Monday, December 3. Pashley was charged with one count of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, a Class B Felony, for selling heroin. Pashley was arraigned in the Delaware County Court on Monday, December 3, and remanded to the Delaware County Correctional Facility with no bail.

-Kimberly Pashley-Johns, 29, of Walton, arrested Monday, December 3. Pashley-Johns was charged with one count of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, a Class B Felony, for selling heroin. Pashley-Johns was arraigned in the Delaware County Court on Monday, December 3, and remanded to the Delaware County Correctional Facility in lieu of $25,000.00 bail.

The recent arrests follow the November 16 arrest of 27-year-old Miguel Santiago in Walton, who allegedly tried to sell 80 bags of heroin to an undercover cop. At the time of Santiago's arrest, Delaware County undersheriff Craig DuMond told the Watershed Post that the investigation had been ongoing for six months, and that more arrests were expected.

A press release issued today by the Delaware County Sheriff's Office states that the investigation is still continuing, and that more arrests are pending.
