Chace-Randall in Mercury Retrograde!

The Kharkov, Bouillabaisse, Orange & Pomegranate Chocolate Tart

You may be wondering about the Kharkov and Frenchy salads -- the first is arugula with beets, carrots, onion, fennel, and a caper emulsion; the second is frisee with bacon, poached egg, and lemon vinaigrette.

Rice Congee, Chicken Pot Pie

Hope you are all having a great holiday weekend -- we sure are! You've been keeping us all very busy, and thanks for that! In addition to the blackboard menu, we also have Rice Congee made with basmati, ghee, miso, ginger, daikon, carrot, and pickle. You can even add a poached egg if that's your thing.

Customers are raving about our Tomato Bisque! More than one person told me over the past few nights that it is actually the best they've ever had. Just throwing that out there.
