Car flips three times on Olive road

A speeding car flipped three separate times after failing to negotiate a turn on Krumville Road in Olive late Wednesday night, the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office said.

Trevor M. Carpanzano, a 29-year-old resident of Olivebridge, was heading south on Krumville Road near the intersection with Vly Road when “excessive speed caused his vehicle to roll…before coming to rest upright on the northbound shoulder of the roadway,” a press release from the Sheriff's Office said.

Carpanzano suffered a possible broken arm and several facial and arm lacerations and was transported to St. Francis Hospital in Flower Hill. He was issued two tickets for speed not reasonable nor prudent and failure to keep right.

Ulster County Deputies reported the accident, and were assisted by members of the Department of Environmental Protection, Olive Fire Department and Olive First Aid Squad.
