What is it about Fridays and flooding?

7pm update: Add Schoharie, Ulster, and Greene Counties to Friday's forecast. Also, add "localized amounts of up to 6 inches" of rain, and some snow at high altitudes. This is starting to look a little grim. 

There's another flood watch on for much of the Catskill region tomorrow night through Saturday, according to the National Weather Service's Binghamton office, via NY-Alert. Delaware, Oneida, Otsego, Sullivan counties will get 1 to 3 inches of rain or more:
