Winter Dinners and Tech Anxiety

One of the things we love about living in the Hudson Valley area is the abundance of fresh produce and other farm foods (especially our own!). But what's a local food-lover to do in mid-February, when all is quietly cocooned under deep layers of snow? Here's a little secret... Rondout Valley Organics is offering their February monthly pickup next week!  Members can order goat cheese from Acorn Hill Farm, grass-fed beef from Movable Beast, pasture-raised meats from Majestic Farm and much more.  Not a whole lot of fresh vegg, true, but that's the beauty of eating seasonally.  Pick up some roots at one of our area winter farmers' markets, bake some bread or visit a local bakery, and simmer up a pot of tummy-warming winter stew.  Not yet a member of Rondout Valley Organics? Consider joining anytime, since we're "open" year-round! And if you tried to check out our website recently but got a techy error message, do use these links here. Our Rusty Plough Farm and Rondout Valley Organics websites are undergoing a post-hack cleanup.  Certainly frustrating, but not the end of the world!  The link here will take you directly to Farm To City, our web ordering and membership portal.
