Klondike Capers at DCHA, Saturday, June 13.

Come see if you can hit the jackpot while learning to pan for gold at the Delaware County Historical Association! On Saturday, June 13 at 1pm children and adults alike can learn to sift and pan soil for gold particles.

Young and old alike will have the opportunity to try their newly acquired skills in the waters of nearby Elk Creek - weather permitting. If it's a rainy day, don't worry, we'll have buckets to practice panning in as well. Stop by and enjoy a "gold dust" snow cone while you work. Everyone is guaranteed to find something! Please come attired suitably - you will be standing in shallow water!

Free admission. Registration appreciated, but not required. For more information, please contact the Delaware County Historical Association at (607) 746-3849, or [email protected]. DCHA is located 2 miles north of Delhi on State Hwy. 10.
