Our family started a small custom meat processing business 4 years ago. We process beef and pork. We also do the smoking of hams and bacons on premise. Most times you have all of your meat back within 14 days. You can choose from paper wrap or vacuum sealed, 45 cents pp for paper and 65 cents pp for vacuum.
