The newly re-opened Phoenicia Diner, is seeking an experienced cashier/host for immediate hire. Our busy restaurant is in need of a weekend cashier/host that is enthusiastic about customer service, has cash-handling experience and has the calm and pleasant demeanor necessary for our busy restaurant. You will be greeting our customers, seating them, getting feedback, processing takeout orders, collecting cash and processing credit card payments.
You will need to possess the following: Speed, cheerfulness and excellent communication skills.
Previous restaurant experience, POS computer-friendliness and excited about the use of locally sourced food a plus.
Hours: Saturday and Sundays from 9-4
Pay Rate: $9.00 per hour.
