Rumor has it that the bandits are planning to strike the Delaware & Ulster Railroad in 2013 on Saturday, September 7, attacking the 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. rides. We encourage all brave passengers to help keep these robbers from doing any harm.
It’s entertainment of a different sort when the D&U is hit by “train robbers.” Dressed in period garb, these historically accurate desperadoes recreate the flavor of the old west as they “hold up” the train and its passengers. The good news for passengers is that lawmen can be counted on to keep order when they arrive in the nick of time.
The robberies are presented by The Catskill Mountain Bushwackers. These train robbery reenactments offer thrills and enjoyment for children and adults.
