The Market is for Museum visitors coming to the Celebration as well as local residents just looking for some fresh produce, pasture-raised beef, baked goods, gift items, and crafts.”

The Independence Day Celebration features guided Mill tours, live music, food, frog-jumping contests, kids’ fishing derby, sack races, tug-o-war and free samples of ice cream, made on a steam-powered churn. Kids 12 and under and Museum members receive free admission. Admission for adults and teens is $8.50, seniors and AAA members, $6.50. For more information, go to hanfordmills.org.
