We will be open both Saturday and Sunday (June 15 & 16) from 11am -- 3pm. Lots of fresh chicken, including large parts! And fresh lamb cuts. We also just got back an order from the smokehouse of pepperoni, summer sausage and all beef hot dogs made from our grassfed beef, spiced and lightly smoked with no added nitrites or nitrates.
Jane Hershey will be here with her organically grown perennial flowers and herbs, ready to put in your garden. Jane usually brings other goodies from her garden as well!
Look for Ashley staffing our booth at the Saugerties Farmers Market on Saturday, 10-2, and the Lexington Market on Sunday 10-12. Be sure to let us know if you have any special requests so we can bring it to you!

Yup, great fresh pork, from pastured heritage breed pigs, Animal Welfare Approved! June 22-23, and again June 29-20. Let us know by Tuesday if you are interested in buying a side of pork, or what special cuts you might want.
And, if all works out, we will also have fresh fish, specifically trout, raised at SUNY Cobleskill Aquaculture Program. More details next week!
