The talented Country Comfort Series authors and mother-daughter team, Mary Elizabeth and Chef Nicole Roarke will share recipes and the stories behind them from their cookbook "Cooking Across America."
Published by Hatherleigh Press in nearby Hobart. Chef Nicole will highlight chef's tricks of the trade as she demonstrates gluten-free and vegetarian recipes featuring regional and local spring ingredients. Tastings will be available.
