Arrived from the Smokehouse:
This week we have a new batch of smoked hams and bacon from our heritage breed pigs in from the smokehouse. Pepperoni and summer sausage from our grassfed beef are great for appetizers, paired with cheeses we carry and our honey mustards. And hot dogs are back in stock. We made a fresh batch of Irish Bangers and Andouille sausages.
Fresh Lamb and Mutton next week!
Next week we will have fresh lamb! Small cuts of tender young lamb, perfect for holiday dinners. Leg of lamb for Christmas? Also fresh mutton. Last chance to order a whole lamb Contact ASAP if you want a lamb cut to your order!
