MCS Farm seeks an energetic person as their Farm-Based Education Intern, starting September 6. It is an opportunity for one interested in engaging with children in a farm setting to work with students ranging in age from 8 to 14 and with their teachers. The Intern also takes part in the Farm's hands-on sustainability curriculum that focuses on raising our own food and fiber and creating renewable energy. The intern's schedule includes overnight residency and some kitchen supervision, and requires a valid driver's license. Compensation includes room and most board, plus $1000 per month.
