As soon as power is restored, Public Restaurant & Lounge in Roxbury (across the street from WIOX studios on Bridge St.) will be open! We actually hope to open on Tuesday, Aug. 30, but only if power is on... Whatever we hope to open with our regular Weds-Sun 5 pm dinner time schedule right away. Please travel safe and check your route before you head up to Roxbury. Our streets in the hamlet are OK, and you can reach us from Margaretville, but as of Monday, Aug. 29, you really need to check your routes before trying to head into the Catskills. We can't wait to see all our customers, friends and new Roxbury visitors!
