You should take that headline literally. Thanks to a water main break in the village of Catskill, the Catskill Community Center's "Summer Fun Programming" has been cancelled today, according to its website:
URGENT! NO SUMMER REC OR SUMMER FUN TODAY DUE TO A WATER MAIN BREAK, THERE IS NO SUMMER REC OR SUMMER FUN PROGRAMMING TODAY: MONDAY JULY 25th.
The Daily Mail reports that there is a boil water order in effect in Catskill until further notice. The village is used to this kind of thing. Flooding last fall caused the village to boil its water for almost a week.
