The Catskill Scoop reported around 2:15pm that emergency crews were dispatched to Hasbrouck Road in the Sullivan County hamlet of Woodbourne, which had been completely flooded out. Their website has several photos of the flooded road.
According to the Times Herald-Record, which published a story around 3pm, a person trapped in a trailer on Hasbrouck Road has been rescued, and crews are checking Neversink Campgrounds for other people who may be stranded.
