On Friday, Governor David Paterson signed a law that aims to limit water pollution. Amazingly, it had nothing to do with fracking. From the Messenger Post:
Watershed groups Friday announced Gov. David Paterson has signed Senate Bill 3780-A, which restricts phosphorus content of lawn fertilizers and automatic dishwashing detergents sold in New York as of July 1.
