Dedicated to Giving Excellent Service to Clients & Customers Originally from THE BIG APPLE "TEAM CALLAHAN" fell in love with the Town of Andes located in The Catskill Mountains. Already experienced agents, they quickly became Top Producers in Delaware/Otsego counties and beyond! They did so well; they opened CALLAHAN CATSKILL REAL ESTATE in Andes on 6/3/15! Joanne, a former Broadway dancer & actress, still performs standup comedy in the Catskills & NYC. She also fundraises for the Heart of the Catskills Humane Society in Delhi NY. Eddie enjoyed serving on the Andes Town Board, hunting & riding his Harley Davidson on the beautiful roads of the Catskill Mountains, until his sudden passing on 1/3/16 at age 55 due to 911 complications. Eddie Callahan was a 911 First responder. She & husband Eddie (aka hunting land expert & business partner) loved their Green Acres Life (Dahling!!!!) Which includes 3 goats, 2 miniature donkeys, 6 hens, 2 roosters, 9 dogs and 10 cats. They “opted to adopt” and always encourage all friends, relatives and acquaintances to do the same! 8 of their dogs and all of their cats are rescues from The Heart of The Catskills Humane Society.
