We're looking for smart, fabulous, engaged and engaging servers for summer retreats and weddings. Mostly weekend work, can be fairly regular or pretty intermittent.
We work hard to make Spillian a great place to work. Our mission is to help people imagine past what they think is possible, so they can go after what they’re really passionate about in life, and we believe that this is just as relevant for our staff as it is for our guests. We start servers at $9/hour plus tips (which can be fairly generous, depending on the event), and view all of our staff as important team members.
