We'll have Fresh Lamb in the cooler this weekend ... all cuts from chops to legs that you can butterfly on your grill!  The cafe and farmstore will be open 11am-3pm both Saturday and Sunday.  We expect to have more locally grown mushrooms from Bob Beyfuss, as well.

Having your own BBQ or July 4th picnic?  Order these special items from us. Please place your order by Wednesday evening.  Larger quantities available, too.

Our Own Nitrate Free Hot Dogs  $13/lb
 
Buttermilk Dill Potato Salad Barber's Farm potatoes combined with creamy buttermilk dill dressing $10/quart, serves 4-6
 
Zesty Coleslaw  Stoneledge Farm organic cabbage with carrots, shaved fennel, red onion, and horseradish dressing $10/quart, serves 4-6
 
Brownies 8 large chewy brownies for $30.

We will be at the Saugerties Farmers Market and the Lexington Farmers Market this Saturday. If you want to order any of our takeaway items or special cuts of fresh lamb to pick up at those markets, contact me!

Farm Tour! Sunday, July 5, at 11am. Come and meet the animals, and see the methods we use to raise them.  It's a walking tour, so wear comfortable shoes and plan to stroll the farm for an hour.

Special Event George Weld Booksigning, Saturday, July 11, starting at noon
Come meet George Weld and get his new cook book "Breakfast," with recipes from his beloved restaurant "Egg" of Williamsburg, Brooklyn.  George's farm, Goatfell Farm, in nearby Oak Hill, supplies the restaurant with much of its food. Our cafe will feature dishes from "Egg," and the cookbook.
