Rather than complaining about the muddy conditions outside, we've decided to embrace & celebrate them. For one weekend only - March 26 & 27 - we're Mud-B-Qing to celebrate the coming of spring. It all starts with our limited edition Catskill Mudd Rub (a blend of cocoa powders & spices) which we'll be using to create Mud Ribs - chocolate dusted St. Louis cut pork spare ribs. We're serving those with our limited edition Sauce of the Moment: Mud On The Tires BBQ sauce. It's our Thundernagi BBQ sauce punched up with chocolate & spices. We're also dusting a few pork bellies in the Mudd Rub to make our take on a Cuban sandwich, whipping up a pot of Chocolate Chili & rolling out a double chocolate ice cream & mud brownies. Basically, we're using enough chocolate to make Augustus Gloop's head explode.
Quantities will be VERY LIMITED. We suggest pre-ordering now if you're interested in any of the Mud Month Weekend specials. Call us at 845.676.6222 - email grillteam@chachahut.com - or stop by the Hut Thursday through Sunday betwwen 8AM - 8PM.
