Country Weekend is now closed. As a weekender, it became too difficult for me to maintain the store, but it was a fun two years--I met a lot of wonderful people, and feel much more connected to the community.
I appreciate your business and your friendship. I will still be around on weekends--in town, at the farmers market and enjoying the serene beauty of the Catskills.
Country Weekend is closing at the end of August, and everything is on sale. The store is filled with rustic, lovely and whimsical antique & vintage goods. Read more
We have several tables in the store, perfect for cabins, cottages and farmhouses, and they're all on sale! How about a:
Dropleaf table painted sunshine yellow with green legs and 4 green chairs. Perfect for peanut butter sandwiches and fingerpainting, and the flexibility of the drop leaves is a plus.
Handsome square oak Victorian with paw feet and 4 (yes 4) leaves.
Sweet white cottage table, perfect for the kitchen, porch or small dining room.
Funky little barn red trestle table--would look great in your kitchen.
Round 50's white and yellow table with a matching swivel chair.
Open Saturday, Sunday, and by appointment. Everything in the store is on sale 'cause we're closing.

Don't want to spend your weekends digging in the dirt? Check out our seed bombs--gumball sized balls of soil, clay and earthworm castings packed around seeds--just throw and grow. Seed bombs originated with urban guerilla gardeners brightening up empty lots. Our seed bombs are nicely packaged and we have several assortments. We also have books for amchair gardeners, an abundance of vases, and vintage prints and paintings of flowers and landscapes.
