The minimalist farm house with living room that has a real wood burning fireplace, dining room flowing into a large colorful kitchen with new Kenmore appliances, 3 bedrooms, 1 and half baths, is yours for long weekends, weekly or monthly stayvacations. In addition there is a bright sunny day room with large picture windows that shows the panoramic views of the pond, streams and pathway to a glorious mountain area with an organic cascading waterfall and enchanted forest.

The farm is located on 23 acres, 2 and half hours from New York City. There is plenty to explore or just take a swing on the blooming apple trees. Have a sundown picnic beside the pond or take a short walk across the newly refurbished one hundred year old bridge into the hamlet of Downsville where there are quaint shops, eateries , a local wine shop , entertainment shop and wonderful surrounding areas to explore. One can fish, bike, canoe or explore the lovely Catskills area. Great place for families, friends retreat, hunting expeditions and or just a place to recharge and rejuvenate.
