A note from Brent Trimbell, Owner:

Being born and raised in Delaware County, New York I was in a sense blinded from the absolute beauty it had to offer. Time and time again I had visitors tell me how this place is one of a kind. I finally realized what people were talking about when I returned from vacationing one summer in Cincinnati, Ohio in 1998. This is when I noticed the beauty and uniqueness the Catskill’s has to offer compared to other places. One thing that intrigues me about the area is our potential to see four actual seasons. Carol Spinelli with Coldwell Banker – Timberland Properties says it best “Those of us that have ended up living here...all agree that we are blessed to have discovered this jewel of an area.” Whether it’s hiking, hunting, snowmobiling, skiing or fishing in one of the many streams, the Catskill’s is the place to be.

I am a 1999 graduate of Delaware Academy in Delhi, New York. I received my BA in Organizational Management with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from Ashford University. My wife Desiree’ and I purchased our first home in the Town of Stamford in 2008 and were recently blessed with a baby boy, Shae Michael in July 2010. Our new home has provided me with the opportunity to exercise my landscaping abilities and in turn has driven me to offer these services to surrounding first and second homeowners. I am in the business because I have a passion for what I do and love making people smile in admiration.

My accessibility to surrounding resources and the drive to get the job done will keep me in the Top of your mind on who to call. My goal is to build a relationship that grows deep and assist you in your long term property project management.
