Two Livingston Manor men arrested for bungalow colony burglary

State troopers announced today that two Livingston Manor residents, 47-year-old Peter F. Dilauro and 26-year-old James F. Slater, were arrested on felony charges of burglary in the third degree. Dilauro also faces a charge of possession of burglar's tools. 

From a press release from the New York State Police:

On April 2, 2012, Troopers responded to a burglary in progress at the La Minette, a bungalow colony located at 9 Wade Road, Liberty, NY. Dilauro and Slater were located inside a bungalow removing pipes and plumbing fixtures and were subsequently arrested and charged for the aforementioned crimes.

Dilauro and Slater was processed at SP Liberty and arraigned in the Town of Rockland. They were both committed to the Sullivan County Jail without bail.
