Four arrested for burglaries across three counties

Following a month long investigation, New York State Police in Oneonta and Sidney arrested four people last week for a string of residential burglaries spanning three counties.

On Tuesday, May 29, police in Oneonta and Sidney arrested Nicole L. Luna, a 27-year-old Sidney resident, Daniel F. McEwan, a 25-year-old Guilford resident and 35-year old James F. Amatuccio of Unadilla with burglary in the second degree for their connection to numerous "residential burglaries" in Otsego, Delaware and Chenango counties, police said.

Twenty-two year old Travis M. Andrews, a Unadilla resident, was arrested for criminal possession of stolen property in the third and fourth degrees in a related case on May 24.

Luna, McEwan and Amatuccio were arraigned in the town of Laurens court and sent to Otsego County jail on $15,000 bail.

Andrews was arraigned in the town of Unadilla court and sent to Otsego County jail on $2,500 bail.
